Sir Bob will/may be holding contract talks with AM this coming Christmas - contract runs out next summer - indications is that he will be offered new contract - positives yes things working behind scenes etc but would prefer to see how this season pans out a bit - any views out there? - would be more convinced myself if we started playing decent football as well

Rome wasn't built in a day and many leaders they had, happy to give AM another two years, but remember if he is successful he will know doubt be moving on to a higher level.

Attendances down 10% which is about average with a lot of clubs.
Poor cup runs.
Not made the play offs.
Morrell is more interesting than watching paint drying?
I have watched 4 games under his leadership apart from one of those games, that was away. Painting is fun.

Is it an East Lodon thing, that if you don't know ought, make it up! (Will/may be, behind the scenes ) just ask the simple question It's not politics,
I believe he has got to improve on pitch performances, so would extend his contract by an extra year by which time we should have a clear idea of the first team and club progress

Big Bob is not the kind of man to let attendances keep going down, it's still early days but losing 10% plus season after season when will it stop.

Youth - don't get your anger - who knows when BOB will hold talks and when? - comments behind scenes was about great stuff happening off pitch -U21s - community development and yes we agree - it's all about what is happening in the first team but help me here my fellow supporter - what the heck is East London got to do with it?

Argus no anger, just disappointed with so much good happening, let's not make the mistake of other clubs but jumping either way to soon, I believe at this moment we are a Conf North club and personnely I enjoy my home and away games, and expecting to complete, unlike playing in National League where it was just a matter of time before relegation happens. Just look at the league now expected relegation clubs are already fight position at the bottom.
So I would except waiting a season or two if we could go up with a progressive playing plan from within the club to support, rather than monthly loan players who can be playing for you one minute and against the other.
East London you said it, I just repeated it !
Enjoy the game later! Looking forward to the victory !!
