No. He's played 6 games. Give the bloke a chance, but he needs to do more, when it isn't going his way. Morrell just about got it right, should've brought himself on earlier. Will have to do a lot better on Monday, only survived today thanks to some wayward shooting and Belly again in goal saving us. |

| Really not impressed with Dyer, no pace , no desire and not able to play off Newton who does the work of two. In my opinion we are playing with 10 men whilst he's on the pitch, what a difference when Andy made the substitutions . |

| I'm not Dyer's biggest fan at the moment and I didn't think he should have started today...but he played Well, won his headers, held the ball up and brought others into the game well, his goal was throw yourself at it at the back post job. If he can replicate how he played today from here on hopefully he will be an asset for us, but only time will tell! |

| Accepted he scored, but thats what strikers should be doing. I would have agreed with you before the game, he didnt deserve to be starting. Problem is, squad is so threadbare there is almost no competition for places ! and that cant be good. |

| Early days but you would expect management to encourage a forward who has been under forming big time after he scores a simple tap in . More realistically Newton mentioned and in my humble opinion he will be with us for rest of season unlike Dyer and will get double figures. |

| Do you think it's fair to judge a player after a handful of games, especially one who has been playing through injury? Dyer was excellent at Boston. Perhaps his home performances would be helped if you got behind him. Clearly from what Fowler has said, the management have faith in him. |

As I said, give him a chance. Was probably our best player against Boston and was the best player today, put his head in where it hurts and got his rewards. Well done Ross, keep it up. |
