If a tamworth player tests positive and the club has to shut down for two weeks plus another club has to do the same. What happens? If an outbreak occurs at Coalville(with two games to play against us) it's a headache for the league. With very few midweek slots left it could be a huge problem.

Potential nightmare. I feel confident having seen the statement from the pm on Monday that this whole situation has been thought through with solutions for everything.

The strategy so far of "cross your fingers and hope" seems a solid one.

Going to Peak May time, so can’t see how fixtures won’t be delayed, eating into close season. Our little league will have little choice but to follow our bigger brothers who will take lead!

As they have the largest ground in the middle of the country and could be at the epicentre of any outbreak, I think we should close Aston Villa as a precaution (for 200 years just to make sure we're clear of the incubation period).

This would have the benefit of not impacting anyone outside the tightly knit knobhead community.
