Greene, you are a fraud. I bet you couldn't believe your luck when we were stupid enough to employ you. Loads of players brought in with no improvement, rubbish tactics, inept defending, aimless hoofball style of play, and crap results. Add to that the fact that every time that you open your mouth it is almost impossible to breathe for the intense stench of total bullsh*t and I've had enough. Thats it, I've put my head above the parapet, over to the rest of you to shoot me down, or maybe some of you might just agree.

Worried tonight - has to be question marks why we ain’t made any progress since DG in charge - many shambolic performances todate - today TOTAL HOOF first half - Second total FOOTBALL (apart from when Kettle had ball) - Don’t get fooled from our dominance however in second - St Ives allowed us to come on to them playing deep protecting their lead - must have been a tough decision for them in not attacking our porius defence to make it a safe 3 points - why really worried if DG hasn’t “got it” as a manager we’ve got him for best of next 18 months to find out really the hard way - Today finally decided no more away games this season - not willing to follow a team in transition or consolidation or just maybe ’ed UP

When we are losing, we seem to panic tactically and end up playing anyone anywhere with no real formation. Maybe it’s a tactic to confuse the opposition, because if we are confused and lost then they must be just as confused.

You can think I'm wrong, but that's no reason to quit thinking.

Having slept on it think we’re both being a titch bit harsh - DG was responsible for our best ever Cup Run (FA and Trophy) since 2015 least we both forget this season

This is all down to one person, Bob Andrews. He is the only one who ultimately has to take responsibility for the position we are in. I hope by today at the latest he’s laid it on the table with DG and what he expects or the consequences if not. But we know that’s not going to happen.

To be fair to bob we have had 3 managers since last Christmas so if he lays it on the line any more he’s going to turn into deadly Doug.

But that’s my point. He’s the decision maker. The buck stops with him. If all the managers aren’t up to it, who signed them up. He checked them out. You can’t put any of the blame anywhere else.

I think we probably largely agree. I wouldn’t have sacked AM mid season and I think we would have stayed up to be honest. A decision could then have been made in summer. Having had the disastrous run in I wouldn’t have given MF the job full time in the summer but when we did and allowed him a full pre season and to build a squad, my patience would’ve lasted longer than early September.
Having given DG a hospital pass - job in late September with good players under contract elsewhere and unwilling to move I wouldn’t be for sacking him now either. Every time you rip it up and start again you cause disruption. People will point at times it has worked (Hodgson at palace last year after the de Boer debacle) but more often it doesn’t and it sets things back further. I would be sticking with him and giving him a pre season and a chance to build a squad (not just from those available mid season) and see how it goes. If 2018 has proved one thing it’s that chopping and changing is a very risky strategy.

As a fan who has watched football for over 50 years it amazes me how little time managers are given these days.
Arguably the greatest ever Prem manager, Alex Ferguson would never have survived, no way he would have been given 3+ years.
On Everton fan forums, after Sunday's debacle, there are fans calling for Marco Silva's head, which is complete madness.
I do not know as much about Tamworth manager of course but every manager deserves a full pre season and at least a full season before any real judgement can be made on him.
As Pricey says every time you sack a manager you cause disruption when what is needed is stability, and of course it costs the club money.

How many times have we’ve seen DG make 2 subs at half time - 2 many for me - key get the selection and tatics right in the first place - just an idea

Cor Blimey Mate (Best Ever Dick Van Dyke accent) - really think Julie Andrews would have been a cheaper option up front than what you’ve bought todate and a lot more effective - if you comment on this particular post sure your blame the soot up the chimney

Mills and Burgh available and willing to come - sure only a short phone call will do it! - we were once again totally shambolic today - no positives once again. This can’t go on - come on guys make that phone call and stop this charade of DG calling himself a football manager

I’d take Mills or Burr to be honest, things can’t get much worse, can’t really blame injuries today, I know Verma and Dias went off early, but it was a pretty strong line up and we got absolutely smashed

Feel sorry for DG today - unable to make his death defining draw dropping totally changeing
master stoke of bringing on 2 subs at half time - mans becoming a legend to me- unfortunately it’s for FAILURE

This Burr obsession amazes me. We are ten years too late with him. He has failed including relegations at clubs in recent years. At Stafford  this year, he's flopped. left them third from bottom...first game without him, they won 5-0 today
Mills won't be returning either.

Definitely with Dan on the Steve Burr shout. Kiddy his last recently successful job and it hasn’t worked out since. Stafford was a debacle.

Can't believe the state this club has become, complete shambles from the top down. I just hope the board grow some balls, admit their mistakes and act now before we end up in some pub league...

Yeah I agree with Argus, we are going down with the current regime. Burr can’t be any worse, but I agree his recent record ain’t great, but we are a team on the brink of a second relegation in as many seasons, I doubt the potential manager queue will be that long to be honest.

Don’t know what story DG is telling Mr. Bob but whatever it is, it’s working.

Not defending Greene, think his time must be close, just got to get someone who knows league and is not years out of touch

Ian Long? Or did we miss our chance for IL or Paul Smith in the summer / after Fowler
Presume both are happy at Alvechurch and Redditch and wouldn’t want to be a part of this shambles
