The Lambs have had some fantastic results of late so I am asking the absent fans - COME AND GIVE YOUR SUPPORT TO YOUR TEAM JUST ONE MORE TIME - Give the lads a chance to change your mind , then if you don't like what you see - so be it - but give them a break , come down the lamb this NEW YEARS DAY and give your vocal support , you have to admit it looks to be a cracking game another win and we could be in a fantastic position - So please come make it a game to remember.

Actually, the above is a great point. The choice there is do you want to watch a team play the style of football of a) Paul Lambert, b) Tony Pulis or c) Andy Morrell?

If you've answered either a or b, please walk to whichever game you're attending today as clearly the amount you drank last night is still having a seriously adverse effect.

As for our game seriously, I'm always nervous of pride before a fall and I think today will be seriously tough. Bogle was completely anonymous Boxing Day. We'll do well to do that to him twice. I won't be too disappointed if the winning run has become an unbeaten run by 5pm if I'm truthful but then again, I probably wouldn't have predicted six points from Friday and Sunday so I'll happily be proved wrong again.

First half left me feeling nervous, we presented no attacking threat at all. Second half was a transformation. It showed how dangerous we can be if we play it out wide and put crosses in. Hibberts goal was an absolute cracker, and proves he is much better as a target man than he is running at defences with the ball. Daniels put in some great crosses in the last half hour and Preston was deserving of his man of the match, but then I could name several others who would also have been equally deserving. Great result.

Another fantastic result, I thought the team effort today was absolutely brilliant, I thought we were the best team in the 1st half but we kept hitting a long ball in the air that gave the strikers no chance, 2nd half we started to try and play the ball more to feet and showed a massive improvement.

The defence looks watertight most of the time and we look as we have got goals in us going forward, if we can get a positive result on Sunday at Stockport I think that we will have every chance of continuing this run and making the play offs, the thing now is how we react if we do lose a game.

Looks like we are trying to tie up Daniels. Need to get it sorted as clubs will be sniffing around, his assists have been crucial

My usual post match reaction of "blimey aren't we doing well" is getting a bit old hat now but I genuinely can't believe this. I always fancied we'd climb the league under Morrell as I thought the squad was better than the results were showing early season but this far? This fast? No, I did not see it coming. Stockport away looks another really tough fixture and as I said prior to this afternoon, if the winning run is turned into an unbeaten run on Sunday, I still won't be too disappointed. I am just loving this though. From ducking out of the way of Hednesford fans when I fetched the paper a couple of months ago to avoid depressing football chats, I'm now actively scanning the aisles to see if there's any of them about that I can boast to!

Really enjoyed todays game against a decent Solihull side. Feared we may lose our unbeaten record after watching the boxing day clash but we seem to be becoming the real deal. We're working hard as a team and biding our time for opportunities. Obviously still room for improvement but a million miles from where we were a few months ago. Hope we can keep Josh Sampson as long as possible he's been fantasic since making the team.
