Don't be so negative. We've had a world leading response and now we have a vaccine that will have vaccinated the whole country around about the same time as we ban the sale of petrol and diesel cars. It'll be fine. I tend to agree with you. I can't see how this season can be played out to a satisfactory and sensible conclusion within a sensible timescale and on which I'd be happy for promotion and relegation to be decided. We started 4 weeks late, not a ball has been kicked in the league throughout the entire months of November and December. The season can't be allowed to run on forever and the idea of these regional conferences to then be added back together to make a full league is not a good solution either. |

The Northern Premier restarted and had half a dozen games across their three divisions but I can't see the point of some teams playing and others not. You just end up with massively unbalanced league tables and I'm not sure how you then measure a completed a season if some teams have played 60% of their games and others 20%.

No fans at all while in Tier 3 say Staffs Council despite govt advice and the FA saying we can.
Well, the government need to stump up then because Staffordshire isn't coming out of tier 3 any time soon and I can't see us, Hednesford, Stafford, Kidsgrove, Chasetown etc having money to play behind closed doors for any serious length of time. Season in question again now surely? |

Seems sensible given we've had the highest number of cases today and the 5 day Xmas covid holiday is still in place.

NLP reporting FA approval for fans in Tier 3 areas for non league games. 15% of ground grading capacity. Now, if that is each individual ground that gets us roughly our 600 back. For Rushall etc, 300.
Story needs flesh on the bones but that could sway some votes come the reviews. |
