If Jas can avoid the howlers he made last season and the Bess to stay relatively injury free have to agree a couple of good resigns!

If Jas avoided his howlers he'd be signed to a club in a higher league. He's a really good keeper at this level for me.

If we want promotion - see my previous comment. TFC can’t afford any passengers.

I don't think you could call him a passenger and I'd be really interested to see a much better keeper wanting to sign for us at our current level.

As I say, if Jas didn't have the occasional howler he'd be a league or two above this.

Bes is a decent signing too if injury free and Clem played ok under DG and this pair. A midfielder with some pace is going to be a major priority though for me.

The announcements are a step in the right direction though for my money.

For me Jas is the best we’ve had since Belshaw and I’m sure the only one the rest of the defence feel comfortable with him behind them. Unlike Rowley, Stevens, Jezeph and Simpson.

Re the Benbow comment I’m sure somebody mentioned that they’d heard we were after him but Stour will be up there again. I can see a real rivalry forming between the two clubs.

Beswick great signing and Clement a good squad player, hopefully he can stand up and turn in good performances and help take the pressure off the forwards with a few goals

I'd have loved him but sure I heard he'd not played in the game at The Lamb because he doesn't play on 3G pitches

Well in that case he wouldn’t be the right fit . I’m not sure a target man would suit the way the managers want to play anyway

Played a much more direct game without Lait so will be interesting who they get in and how we play. If we decide to play direct Waite isn’t in anyway close to a target man

Still very little on the squad front for the coming season, although the club said we would be more in the picture last week, only the Herald report confirming Jas Singh, Ryan Beswick and Jordan Clement, so frustrating!
