Looking for a better season. We need more regular signed players if we seek promotion.

Sorry but loan players don't cut it.

Nobody could name the team, bring back names on shirts.Too many switches, a good team is a team that plays TOGETHER on a regular basis, nobody knows where anyone is on the pitch.

If we loose the goalie and our star forward then we could go out of the divisions and be playing Bole hall Swifts etc

Come on lets get the supporters back to an average gate off 800-900 again. This creates revenue

Have to agree with names on shirts. The older one gets the harder it gets to remember who’s who and recognising and remembering them.

I would like to know who has signed deals for next season myself, I can’t see the lower leagues agreeing to names on shirts, but agree we need a more settled squad.

Under MF and DG we would have had a similar problem which wouldn’t have helped you much Bof - a generic Twat on the back of shirts would have been so appropriate- oh hum

Putting a name on back will cost us and all teams in our league £ - extra expense when some in our league currently get under 200 fans a game doesn’t make sense

Poor loan signings have seriously contributed in our 2 recent relegations KC - thought last season we had learnt the lesson however and avoided them - apart from Jack C which was an absolutely magnificent loan signing

We do need some continuity without a doubt. The constant churn of players and managers has been a contributing factor over the last couple of years to us having our worst league finish for close on two decades.

Next season will need consistency and patience. A core group of 16 or so with youngsters to supplement when needed and in an ideal world get deals done early so 80-90% of the squad are on board prior to pre season.

If we get s good start, great, but if not, show some patience. Giving someone a budget and a pre season and then booting him early September was absurd.
Smudge and Andy, having been given it full time, now need to be left in charge to do a full season.

The upturn in results was very good. Other aspects still concern me but it will be easier to bring in players they really want during the close season than it is for anyone trying to blag what's available once the season has started and good players are under contract elsewhere. I really hope they can get what they want (retained and brought in) and we can properly kick on.
The bad news is time flies. The good news is we are the pilots
