No official word from the club yet, but he has pretty much confirmed he has left the club after the game today, said he can’t play on the 3G with injuries and our fans hammering him in the bar afterwards, we have basically got no strikers now, Chris Lait still out, Gregg Smith playing in defence and Tyrell Waite just back from a 3 game suspension, we really need another striker, and although he was involved in the 6-0 mauling by Kidsgrove, I would get Jaanai Gordon in, has a point to prove, played at a higher level, we really need something.

Are half of them injured? Beginning to have my doubts
You can think I'm wrong, but that's no reason to quit thinking.

Promotion and many other squads we’ve had since 2002 would walk through walls for their managers at the time - could well be that current squad or some of them won’t do this for DG - genuine and deliberating injuries players will have no choice and can’t play - with other injuries and possible recovery time who knows - but what’s for sure DG ain’t building any type of bond with the players?

With regard to Taylor and the plastic pitch, do we think there is a grain of truth there. Some players in RL won’t play on Widnes’ pitch and there is a thought about injuries behind it, especially in older players. I know the 3G is going but does it need considering in terms of recruitment?

The posts are still there, he has just retweeted a load of stuff since, he said in one comment he has left the club, we will probably find out next Saturday when we play Bedworth, probably around the time they announce the teamsheet.

Tamworth must be the world's slowest club for bringing news to the supporters.
