Definitely. After reading Chester's match report and how much they rate him. Let's call him back and get a reimbursement of his wages before we let him go.

Interesting conundrum here - we want rid obviously because he wouldn’t bother to score a Hat-trick for little old us - and if he came back just imagine the fricking moody - yes even worse! - so Chester paying full wages this month - his motivation will be to move to Chester so assume no downturn in performance for next few weeks - do we ask for a transfer fee? - why not milk it after all he’s being milking us in pound notes

If he's still on the books, without question ask for a fee. Would Chester refuse given his score rate for them? My Moto "if you don't ask you don't know" they can say yes or no. What would we lose. Nothing but my Asante fan club.

Given the wages he's on, getting him off the books permanently would equate to a fee

Having seen Asante play a few times on my visits to see The Lambs, i have always thought that he seemed to be a half-hearted player.  he never seemed fully committed.  When he jumped to challenge for the ball he seemed to turn his head away so as not to get hurt.  He didnt seem to be a player who would fight for his team.
Of course more regular supporters will quite possible shoot me down for saying this, but it is just the way I saw it.
I never saw anything from him that made me think he had the makings of a good player, but maybe I am wrong ?

There’s the rub Dan - do we actually push for that bit more in terms of a transfer fee or settle for just off-loading - suppose it will all come down to whether he scores a few more hat-tricks

Wasn’t for us - not even a small fire fight from him to be fair - it was more like following rain - sh*t that’s another million off his value
